New homes for sale hit the market daily. As your buyer agent, I will talk with you about your wants and needs for your new home and create an MLS search tailored just to you! This will save you time by having a customized list delivered right to your email! As your agent, I will request times to view the properties you would like to see, regardless of the company with whom they are listed! Once we find THE house, I will explain the offer process and make sure all the necessary forms are completed correctly.
Many real estate transactions include an extensive negotiating process, and as your buyer's agent, it will be my job to represent you here and get the best deal possible. I will also attend property inspections, make sure any and all agreed-on repair work is carried out, and handle paperwork related to the sale.
